John Thomas Haile was born on Jan 30, 1869 in IL and died on Jul 11, 1942 in Wayne Co., IL. He married Sarah Melinda Dickey on Dec 24, 1890 in Wayne Co., IL. He was ordained to the ministry by the Valley Missionary Baptist church in Arkansas December 1, 1907.  He was active in this ministry for a number of years in Arkansas and Oklahoma before returning to Illinois.
