Frank died on Sep 28, 1933 in South Lebanon, Warren, OH. Cause of Death was Cerebral Hemorrhage. Burial in Glen Forest Cem., Greene, OH.

Notes for Frank Leveck: 

In a phone conversation with Elmer Ertel he described Frank as a quiet man who never swore, liked to sit on his porch. Frank went to live with his son Ed in Downer's Grove, IL but they didn’t get along so Frank returned to Ohio.
