James and Mary Hines
Lally. All
indications are that they never left Ireland.
No verbal history was ever passed down about them.
Their names are known only because Bridget Lally gave them on
her marriage license.
James & Mary Hines Lally had 2 known children:

Bridget Lally
was born Apr 1850 in
Ireland. She married William Black
on Jan 18, 1876 in St. James Catholic Ch., Newark, Essex Co., NJ. An
interesting fact to point out about the marriage is that in the
census they always indicated they were married in 1870 which creates
a problem as some of their children would have been born before the
1876 marriage date. She died aft. 1910. Bridget immigrated to the
United States arriving in the
port
of New York Apr. 20, 1865
aboard the ship City of
Limerick.
She was accompanied by her brother John.
