Jos. B. White Elected Coroner.
Know all men by these present that we Joseph B. White as principal and William Schwasberg, William Simms and James Sons as securities are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois in the penal sum of Two Thousand dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly severally and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 22nd day of November A D 1872. The conditions of the above obligations is such that whereas the above bounden Joseph B. White has been duly elected Coroner of Wayne County, Illinois. Now if the said Joseph B. White shall faithfully discharge all the duties required of him by law as such Coroner of said County and State then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect. J. B.
