whereas my Son James and Daughter Elisabeth are small and not Able to Support themselves my will and Desire is that my negro man Willie shall be hired out by my executors untill my son James shall become of that age of twenty one years for the maintenance Education of the said James and Elizabeth and after that time I give said negro man Willie to the said Elizabeth to her and her heirs forever--

I give unto my Son in law Daniel Wynne the horse which he has had in Possession to him and his heirs forever--

I give unto my Son Reddick five Hogs to him and his heirs forever--

I give unto my Beloved Son Dennis one Bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever--

My will and Desire is that all my stock of every Kind consisting of Horses Cattle Sheep be together with the household and Kitchen furniture to be Sold my executors at their Discretion and the Proceeds be applied to maintain and Educate my Son James and Daughter Elisabeth--

I give to my Son in law Daniel Wynne and my Sons Reddick Rawls and Joshua Rawls my mill Seat and my Set of Blacksmith tools in equal parts to each of them and their heirs forever--

And I do by these Presents constitute and appoint my Brother Jesse Rawls and my son Joshua Rawls executors of this my Last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Name and Seal this 12th day of August 1819
